The MoU was signed by Managing Director of Iran's Blood Transfusion Organization ( IBTO) Ali Akbar Pourfathall and President of French National Blood Service Francois Toujas in the presence of Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education Seyed Hassan Hashemi during his 3-day visit to France.
According to the MoU, the two countries will cooperate in the field of research projects related to blood transfusion and exchange of experiences in the area of treatment.
Head of Iranian Food and Medicine Organization Rasoul Dinarvand, Head of Iran's Pasteur Institute Mustafa Qaneii and Deputy Health Minister for International Affairs Mohsen Assadi Lari are accompanying Hashemi in his France visit.
