Deputy head of Kish international Campus Mohammad Reza Saeedi and university professor at the Sciences Po Lyon Vincent Michelot signed the agreement in this southern Iranian island in the Persian Gulf region.
According to the agreement, the two sides will exchange students and hold research meetings in order to make use of scientific opportunities.
The agreement in due to be implemented in next one or two months.
Michelot also invited the Iranian official to visit university centers in Lyon.
