He said that the Science Minister authorized to grant scholarships to applicants in the west African states.
Naveh Ebrahim said that he would grant 10 scholarships for each country from the four nations of the west African tour.
In each country, five from ten will receive scholarship from Sistan-Baluchestan University and the rest of them will receive education in other Iranian universities.
He said that during the tour, he would negotiate with science ministers of the four countries.
Naveh Ebrabim said that Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology planned to grant scholarship to other African countries gradually.
