Sorena Sattari made the remarks while talking to IRNA on the sidelines of a meeting to introduce Iran's nano-technology and investment opportunities.
The meeting was attended by 22 ambassadors from different world countries in Tehran.
Today, we are on the verge of serious change in the country's economic policies, said Sattari.
Although Iran is a rich country regarding its oil and gas resources, those should not be considered as the country's main capital, said he.
Instead, he said, the focus should be on the human resources.
