Talking to IRNA, Mohammad Reza Khalili said the two sides have reviewed the issue during several meetings these days.
He further referred to his related meetings with the deans and officials of different Indian universities.
Pointing to his talks with SK Sopory, Vice Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru University, he said the talks focused on expansion of bilateral scientific and university relations.
