Iran, Italy Ink MoU on Academic Cooperation

University of Tehran, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (UTCAN), signed a MoU with Italian University of Cagliari on Sunday.
Gianluigi Bacchetta, Erasmus Mundus programme representative and head of the Botanical Garden of University of Cagliari, Italy, and Seyyed Hossein Goldansaz, head of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources of Tehran University, met in University of Tehran on Sunday and inked a Memorandum of Understanding on academic cooperation and student exchange.
Bacchetta delivered a speech regarding the facilities and potentials of the University of Cagliari for expansion of cooperation with Iran.
The University of Cagliari was established in 1606 and is the largest of two universities on the island of Sardinia, which is an autonomous region of Italy.
