Iran at Jakarta Islamic Book Fair

According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, the book fair was launched on Saturday at the Indonesian capital city’s Istora Senayan sporting arena, and will run until Sunday, March 6.
The South Asian country’s culture minister inaugurated the fair in an official ceremony.
In an address, he said it serves to promote Islamic ideas and enhance people’s religious Knowledge in Indonesia.
More than 700 publishers from Indonesia as well as a number of other countries are taking part at the event.
The Iranian cultural center is displaying more than 100 books on different subjects at the book fair.
The presented titles are all Indonesian translations of Persian books.
