"Considering the history of cooperation between the universities of Japan with (Iran’s) Sharif Poly Technique University, I am interested in knowing about the university and its activities,” he said in a meeting with social and cultural departments’ officials of the university.
He also outlined Japan’s International Cooperation Agency (JICA) activities in Iran.
Kobayashi further referred to trilateral plans of Iran, Japan and southwest Asian countries and lauded internship classes for Afghan Customs managers held by Iran’s Customs.
Officials of cultural department of the university called for defining a project for policy-making in renewable energies as well as exchanging university professors and students between universities of the two countries.
