Deputy Minister of Science, Research and Technology for Education Affairs Mojtaba Shariati Niasar and Maghreb Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Jamila el-Moussali also briefed each other on the scientific capabilities of their country for expansion of international cooperation.
The two sides met on the sidelines of the 8th Higher Education Ministers meeting of Islamic states in the Republic of Mali.
The two sides also discussed providing the departments of languages of Maghreb universities with the Persian Language instructors.
Shariati Niasar invited Maghreb Minister of Higher Education Jamila Moussali to pay a visit to Iran and get acquainted with Iran's scientific and technological capabilities.
He also visited Cultural Center of Al-Mustafa Community in Bamako, capital of Mali.
