The mug called Muggino can receive the desirable temperature of its owner through a specific cell phone application and keeps the beverage temperature for hours.
The mug can obtain its required energy from hot beverages.
Muginno uses the advanced technology to turn thermal energy of the mug into power and saves them in its internal battery to be used for keeping beverage cold or hot.
He said that his colleagues participated in the project are trying to mass produce the product by December 2016.
The innovation uses thermo-electronic technology which has been used by NASA for generating power in spacecrafts for years
