In a meeting with the head of the national center for developing talents and young scholars, Babalu expressed hopes the national center experts would participate in the sessions of the joint commission to raise subjects related to talents and math Olympiads that both countries are interested in.
He also commented on scientific, educational and cultural cooperation with Afghanistan and added that a comprehensive program for empowerment and capacity building of Afghan ministry of education is being planned now. He also pointed to some measures already taken in this regard such as teacher training courses and granting masters scholarships.
