Iran, Tajikistan keen on enhanced cultural, artistic ties

He made the remarks in a meeting with the dean of faculty, Delavar Latifev.
He visited Tajikistan's Arts Faculty and said that Iran's achievements in cultural and artistic fields, especially in cinema and TV, can be beneficial for the country in training experts.
Referring to Iran's capacity for admitting 200 foreign students each year, Ebrahim Khodayar voiced Iran's readiness to forge ties between the Tajik faculty and Iranian art faculties and universities.
Latifev, for his part, expressed his faculty's readiness to ink agreements with the Iranian counterparts.
Latifev is scheduled to visit Tehran to attend the meeting of university chancellors of ECO member states slated t be held in Tehran from December 21-28.
