In the message that was sent to the conference, which started on Saturday in Khoy, East Azerbijan province, the President wrote: "Based on statistics, the works of Molānā have been widely welcomed in the East and the West in great circulations.
Mentioning that many people around the world have been encouraged to read the works of Molānā, he added: "Any country in the world has a right to take advantage of this great culture in all fields".
He also said that the Islamic Republic of Iran will spare no effort in assisting and cooperation in spreading Persian language through academies, universities and scientific centres, wishing success for the conference in doing so.
