The Iranian culture community has always been well-shined in the history. I am very pleased that you, the children of the land of Iran, have gone beyond knowledge-based teachings, innovations, creations and art, along with other areas for the sake of tomorrow of the Islamic Iran; we will emphasize that we will provide the conditions for you dear artists to be the pride of Iran.

The education of the government of hope and trust, based on the fundamental transformation document and on the country's comprehensive development, through its full use of the national, spiritual and cultural facilities, the creation of vibrant spaces and holding of festivals and competitions, develops and extends the scope of this cultural movement in the daily lives of students, so that they will serve the future as intelligent, powerful, joyful, healthy, thoughtful, efficient, and effective citizens for the progress of the country and the advancement of the transcendental goals of the Islamic system.

This year, during the 36th Festival of Cultural and Artistic Cultural Events, you will see the passionate and enthusiastic presence of cultural and artistic elites along with the prominent national elite teachers in order to engage in a friendly competition at the national test.
