Iranian elite student ranks 4th in International Brain Bee Contest

Shayan Bagheri is a first grade student of high school.
He took part in the World Competition of Brain Bee 2016 held in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The event is held every year and it is the second time that Iran took part.

Representatives of 26 countries took part in the World Contest of Brain Bee 2016 held from June 30 to July 4.

Representatives of Romania and Canada ranked first and second, respectively.

The organizer of Brain Bee in Iran Ali Shahbazi said that Bagheri, 15, ranked first in the first round of the competition among 400 students and he also stood the first in the second round of the competition.

Meanwhile, Shayan Bagheri ranked 8th in Iran's robocup competitions.

Member of student committee of Iranian Neuroscience Society said that the event was supervised and supported by Iranian Neuroscience Society and the Cognitive Sciences and technologies Council.
