According to IBNA correspondent, in a bid to upgrade its services to the latest international standards, the Hosseinyeh Ershad Public Library has established a quality management system based on ISO 9001 from May 30. This system has been planned to ensure organizations that they meet the demands of their customers.
Based on this plan, this system will be established in less than a six months, and after that it will be evaluated by one of the reliable international certification organizations to receive ISO 9001 certificate.
Hosseinyeh Ershad Public Library will be the first of its kind in Iran which will receive this certificate if the plan is implemented successfully.
