Iran's publications presented at Belgrade book fair

About 1,000 local and foreign exhibitors are participating in the 63rd edition of the book fair. Belgrade fair is one of the oldest and most important literary events in the region. About 1,200 Serbian reporters and 70 foreign reporters from 14 countries are covering this year's fair.

According to ISNA, Iran's pavilion is showcasing over 300 titles in fields such as religion, the Iraqi-imposed war of 1980-1988, literature, poem, children's and teenagers' literature, arts and books on Iranian studies.

Russia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iran, Japan, Egypt, China, Hungary, Romania, Belarus, Slovenia, United States, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Montenegro and Switzerland are attending the event.

This year's special guest country is Morocco whose stand decorated in their traditional style is presenting more than 1,000 books of prominent national publishers.

The 63rd International Belgrade Book Fair is taking place from October 21-28.
