Isfahan, Chinese GDUF University to expand cooperation

The MoU was endorsed by Chancellor of Isfahan University Houshang Talebi and his Chinese counterpart in the GDUFS in Gwangju.

The agreement also envisions broadening cooperation between the two cultural institutions in various fields, especially exchange of members of board of instructors, conducting joint research and participation of the two universities' professors and researchers in seminars and conferences.

The agreement also calls for holding scientific and educational seminars, exchange of professors to undergo research courses, holding common scientific, research and technological exhibitions, offering scholarships and setting up language and literature departments in each other's universities.

Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), created by a merger in 1995 of Guangzhou Institute of Foreign Languages and Guangzhou Institute of Foreign Trade, is a key provincial university and a high-tier one with distinctive features of internationalization in South China.
