Chairman of Cultural and Artistic Organization of Municipality of Tehran Mahamoud Salahi, pointing to the other two libraries for the blind, said that , by the end of the year, another library for the blind and Physically Handicapped people is going to launch.
He added the blind and Physically Handicapped people have access to the audio books, braille books and articles, and other library services.
Shahid Kalini and Shahid Fahmide, libraries for the blind, became operational earlier in the capital.
Braille is a reading and writing method that breaks language into a code of raised dots.
