Considering Iran Language Institute (ILI) as a revolutionary body that has been trying to create appropriate content, he pointed out that it can utilize schools and teachers' capacities to teach students foreign languages.
Stressing the fact that living in the future world requires enhancing students' capabilities and skills, he reminded that ICDL seven skills certification and foreign languages qualifications by ministry of education, besides secondary diplomas, can have an impact on finding employment.
He clarified, "last year in this ministry, appropriate provisions were made in this regard based on research and using previous experiences and carrying out studies to examine all strengths, weaknesses, opportunities.
