According to Public Relations Publications, the opening ceremony of the thirty-first Tehran Book Fair started in Tehran with the presence of Sayed Abbas Salehi, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance , Mohsen Javadi; Cultural Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance; Amir Massoud Shahramnya; Deputy Governor of the International Book Fair; Woladan Vokosyevich, Minister of Culture and Communication of Serbia, Guest of honor of the exhibition and a number of publishers.
During this ceremony, the Madreseh publication by the management of Hamid Reza Shahabadi was selected and honored as the leading publisher for children and adolescents in the non-profit sector. Other publishers selected in this ceremony were:
