According to the public relations of OERP, Hojjat-ol Islam Dr. Mohammadian said on the eight day of Moharram ( month of victory of blood over sword ): memory of Imam Hossain cleanse and enlighten hearts. This remembrance which appears in shape of mourning and tears proves our love and emotional attachment to him. As we read in his pilgrimage prayer, we love those who love you and fight your enemies and this crusade continues.
Imam Hossain's crusade and martyrdom was in fact defending humanity and its values and those who look and think beyond their own time and place, find what they're looking for in Imam Hossain.
But this movement is endangered by many treats, today. One of these treats is limitation. It would be so unfair to think that this global, epic movement is limitedlimitesuto a specific time and place while, his virtues like a roaring river, runs through centuries and ages and that's why his martyrdom is considered far too great a loss for humanity, worldwide.
Dr. Mohammadian added: Imam Hossain is called " Sarrallah " ( God's blood ), because God has promised his vengeance and so, we pray to God that we, also be included amongst those who seek his vengeance.
