According to the department of information and public relations of the ministry of education, Seyyed Mohammad Batehahia wrote in his condolences message:
It is sad to hear the news of the death of a number of my dear children, Hormozgani students, members of student organization, and also of their guards very early in the morning in a car accident. It caused me a lot of grief.
While expressing sympathy and condolence to the honorable nation of Iran, the cultural community of the country, and also the mourning families, I pray to god for the relief of their hearts and an immediate healing for the wounded.
It should also be mentioned that the minister of education, Sayed Mohammad Bhutahi, departed with a special committee to see the scene of the accident.
