The International Day of Persons With Disabilities is the day for all the world to recognize activities and requirements of these people and for them to get familiar with their own rights and to know the obstacles and find solutions. Preparation of a basis for disabled people to participate in different aspects of life is a duty for all governments in general and a mandatory of Islam in particular.
Today, with improvement of information technology, there are opportunities for disabled persons to be active and get involved in their communities more than before.

It's necessary for me to express my gratitude to all teachers and trainers, who with their patience and efforts bring peace and a better life for persons with disabilities.
I hope we can recognise our duties for disabled people and make a foundation through wisdom and national resolution, where disabled persons can play their proper role in making a better and yet more prosperous Iran.
