The Minister of Education denied Iran’s financial support from rebuilding of damaged schools in Syria

The Minister of Education Mohsen Haji Mirzaei tweeted: We had very constructive negotiations with Syrian officials over educational matters.

Haji Mirzaei strongly denied the claim that Iran offers financial support to rebuild damaged schools of Syria. “Persons who highlighted such a claim are unhappy with cooperation of Iran and Syria”, he said.

Recently, Iran’s Education Minister travelled Syria and met with Syrian high ranking officials.

Syria has been engaged in an eight year old civil war which has caused too many losses for this country.
