He praised the courage and self-sacrifice of those who fought in the war and said the wounded are in fact as venerable as martyrs and everybody ought to be grateful to them.
He remarked that teachers have always been spearhead to defend the revolution and the country in all scenes and added that 28 thousand veterans of education are the spiritual capital and the role models for the young and the adolescent.
The minister presented Javad Owshal a certificate of appreciation as a mark of gratitude and admiration.
