Ayatollah Haj Sheikh Abbas Wa'ez Tabassi, the old friend of the late Imam Khomeini, the representative of the supreme leader and the grand custodian of Astan Quds Razavi regretfully passed away. My condolences go to the supreme leader, the grand Ayatollahs, the seminary and the clergy, his family and particularly Imam Mahdi (AS).
He was a warrior of the revolution as well as an effective preacher who always generously assisted the educational system both financially and spiritually in addition to serving the pilgrims of Astan Quds Razavi for a long time.
