Observing Anniversary of liberation of Khorramshahr (a south-west border city that had beeoccupied during the Sacred Defense) on 23rd of May, 1982, Dr. Aliasqar Fani, minister of education sent a message, reported by Ministry of Education PR and Information Center.
In his message he named the date a historical day in the distinguished calendar of the Islamic Republic of Iran and a national ceremony.
He marked the date and appreciated the martyrs of the sacred defense and teacher and student martyrs in particular.
