Aliasqar Fani, minister of education had a new-year meeting with the staff of the ministerial department at the main building of ministry of education. In his speech he said that as for budget, the past year had been a hard time for the government as a whole and consequently for the ministry of education, nevertheless, there were reasonable achievements in enhancing quality of education and improving infrastructures.
He added, 'as from this year we are going to make procedures of the Education Fundamental Transformation Charter operational as it should be fulfilled during the sixth development program.'
