Dr. Mohyeddin Bahram Mohammadian added, "I believe supervising such a measure by superior departments and the elite including teachers is necessary."
He reminded, "any reform in education requires changes in the attitudes of all teachers as well as training professional teachers who are familiar with and committed to foundations of the Islamic education and the political system of Islamic Republic."
In part of his speech he commented on Farhangian (educators) University and then, about curriculum planning based on technology he said, "new educational communication and technology is a must and it should not be procrastinated.
He finally thanked Ministry of Communications for their cooperation and called for further assistance by them, the Supreme Council of Cyberspace and other involved departments.
