Describing human resources as key factors for country's improvement, Ali Asghar Fani said in honoring ceremony for scientific Olympiad champions: there are programs in Ministry of Education for recognition and training of talents.
The minister considered different educational events like Kharazmi ceremony or Jabber-ebn Hayyan contest as tools for encouraging students toward research and invention.
At the end, stressing importance of research centers, he pointed out that there are 615 research centers to be built in 615 different districts.
