In a message on the occasion of the 50th International Roshd International Film Festival, the Minister of Education stated: "The mission of Roshd Film Festival is to create opportunities for quality and deep learning, and at the same time it is attractive and efficient."

According to the report of Public Relations and International Affairs of the Educational Research and Planning Organization, quoting the Information and Public Relations Center of the Ministry of Education, the text of Mohsen Haji Mirzaei's message is as follows:

 The International Festival of Scientific, Educational and Training Films has a long history of half a century of planning, effort and production of educational films, shows the determination and strong will of its staff and the practical importance of such a tool among the audience of this cultural and educational festival.

On the other hand, reaching the fiftieth anniversary of this event, which shows perfection and has impacts on the millions of diverse audiences of this festival. I hope that this festival, as a symbol of maturity and perfection, has been able to move towards more quality and efficiency in the fiftieth step of its precious life, as an artistic event with an international scope.

The mission of Roshd Film Festival is to create opportunities for quality and deep learning, and at the same time it is attractive and efficient. The festival, as an important part of the education system, will bring its productions to the forefront in a meaningful way with educational concepts. In this situation, each of the films and works produced can adequately demonstrate all the areas expressed in the educational documents of education, and at the top of them, the Document of the Fundamental Transformation of Education, in the sense of a part of the whole.
