Sayyed Mohammad Bathayi said: "One of the important parts of the transformational puzzle in today's education system is in its place. Until the school reaches an acceptable level of quality, the expectation of transformation in other sectors fails. If we have the most important school, the best equipment and even the best manpower in the school, but the school principal does not have the necessary qualifications, we will still fail to make the change we need. Schools should have the to move to dynamism."
He added: "I consider myself a servant to the teachers of schools, and I'm trying to be in a position to strengthen the motivation to the school teachers. The implementation of this project in three provinces of Tehran, Alborz and Tehran's cities provides an opportunity for its implementation throughout the country, and this change in the level of school management will increase the pace of development in other education departments."
It is worth mentioning that at the ceremony, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education and the Jihad University was signed by the Minister of Education and Head of Jihad University, and the memorial tablet of the assessment was signed by the parties.
