More Foreign Publishers to Attend This Year Tehran Book Fair

Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance during an official tour of Gilan Province while answering a question about the forthcoming Tehran International Book Fair said this year the international section of the book fair is improved in comparison to last year and due to political approach of government, more foreign publishers specially Europeans will be present in this year. According to Public Relations and Information Center of Ministry of Culture, Mr. Ali Jannati said we don’t look at the International Book Fair only as a simple book fair but we consider it as an important cultural event and a cultural club. He added that in order to enrich the book fair, some galleries are appropriated for dialogues and debates and scholars are due to speak in special roundtables and express their views and outlooks.
