Staff of Iran Cultural and Press Institute commemorate National Reporter's Day in a ceremony attended by the ICPI Managing Director Mohammad Taqi Roghaniha and IRNA Managing Director Mohammad Khoddadi on August 7, 2016. The day marks the martyrdom anniversary of the Iranian reporter Mahmoud Saremi who was killed by Taliban terrorists along with eight Iranian diplomats, in the northern Afghan city of Mazar-i-Sharif on August 8, 1998 (coinciding Mordad 17, 1377 in Iranian calendar year).
