On the occasion of Nowruz (1st of Farvardin or 21st of March and first day of spring that is the New Year's Day on the Iranian solar calendar) Minister of Education as well as the head of OERP sent separate messages. In their messages they wished colleagues, students and the nation as a whole a happy, healthy and prosperous year.
