He considered separation of nurture from education a result of the secular thought and asked 'where can you find teaching free from an essence of nurture or vice versa?' He recommended that all teachers should pay attention to rearing affairs while teaching and rearing teachers should harmonize and manage such activities.
He also emphasized the importance of presence of professional counselors particularly at middle schools.
