He added, 'relation between schools and families, normally in the form of PTAs, is not much effective. Such relations are due to either a crisis or a financial shortage. We of course welcome families' financial assistance but this very relation is passive too.'

He also commented on the types of communication as well as the difference between information and knowledge and demanded a type of smart filtering system in order to refine the bulk of information and provide needed information.

He further said, 'PR is the ear, the eye and the tongue of an organization. PR is a living organism with perception and affection.'
