According to the Public Relations of OERP relaying FARS News, fakhreddin Danesh Ashtiani said in the opening ceremony of 5th international Qur’an competition for students, held at Imam Khomeini Mossalla: Glorious Qur’an has defined man kind’s route to happiness and if we reflect it closely, we will find this path.
Referring to international Qur’an competition, he added: I hope such events would increase our familiarity with Qur’an and make our young generation to read and study Qur’an more and more, for it will ensure their world and their hereafter. Contemplation on Qur’an can break man from material world and lead him to spiritual dimension.
This competition will be held every two years in Muslim countries, with its permanent secretariat in Iran, said Ashtiani.
