In the closing session of the 32nd Forum of Heads of Education Departments held in the conference center of Milad Tower, Aliasqar Fani, Minister of Education said that popularity and acceptability of heads of education departments among both educators and the public are keys to success in education, reported by OERP Public and International Relations citing Fars News.
He noted some needed skills of the heads of education departments such as honesty, friendliness, tolerance, dignity, having a systemic vision as well as planning skills and added that realization of empathy and dialog between the nation and the State requires maintaining confidence of the public.
