Underlining the role of reporters in conveying realities to the people immediately and truly, the president described the reporters as 'alive conscience and awake eyes' of the society in its path to growth and prosperity.
The president said that responsible reporters are actually dependable and friendly advisors to the senior officials and executives of the country.
Dr.Rouhani called on the Ministry of Culture and the Islamic Guidance and the Ministry of Labor, Social Welfare and Cooperatives to provide support for the reporters and pledge to remove their financial difficulties and give them more professional freedom.

President Hassan Rouhani said here on Thursday that we have to use all our capabilities to the reconstruction of Iran and the production and export of Iranian goods to the region and the world.

Addressing a gathering in southwest of Tehran, President Rouhani congratulated the Iranian nation on its braveness and resistance during the past years.
President said the entire region and all are happy about the Vienna deal except the Zionists and warmongers in the US.
He further appreciated the nation for readiness to develop the country.
During the past months, the Iranian nation flaunted its great power all over the world, said the President.
Today, the Iranian nation showed its great diplomatic power worldwide, Dr.Rouhani stressed.
President Rouhani referred to the agreement, and paid tribute to the strength and unity of the people to achieve this agreement.
"We achieve the economic goals, cultural and political because the main energy is the energy of the Iranian nation," he reiterated.
