“Despite their differing intellectual approaches, educated people and most of intellectuals around the world, acknowledge Imam Hussein (AS) as a model for freedom, justice seeking and standing against tyranny and oppression,” said President Rouhani in the meeting of Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution.
In the session that was held late on Tuesday, Dr Rouhani added: “Muharram month is a big opportunity to correct and remove distortions and express and promote Imam Hussein’s culture”.
The council also reviewed and discussed various architecture styles and construction of urban and non-urban buildings and it was decided that the next session of the council be held in the presence of the Minister of Roads and Urban Planning to discuss the framework and fundamental regulations.
