In an orientation meeting on film production held at the OERP, Hojjatoleslam Dr Mohyeddin Bahram Mohammadian remarked, "we now have to modify the textbooks of two grades according to the Education Fundamental Transformation Charter and the National Curriculum every year. Furthermore there must be preparation, illustration and quality control for all stages too. In course of printing, we have too large printers that are active around the clock to provide students with more than 120 million volumes of textbooks on time. Of course, storing and distributing textbooks involves good care for enough protection because little carelessness will lead to irrecoverable loss. He added, "we are a scientific, research and cultural organization. We develop educational content and school textbooks are part of it that must be validated, prepared, promoted and evaluated. After creating students textbooks and teacher guides non-media content and multimedia content is produced."
He further added, "our organizational structure consists of the Head, board of trustees, council of deputies, support vice-presidency, technical & vocational, theoretical and educational technology bureaus, and Public Relations and International Affairs of OERP . Our peripheral sections include Madreseh Publications, ICDL foundation and Roshed website."
The Head of the OERP said, "fundamental research is among our missions but we carry out polling too. Besides, we have educational content standardization for both state and private sectors."
