He quoted the late Imam Khomeini as saying 'working for martyrs equals working for the holy Prophet (PBUH)' and concluded that helping martyrs' families means reverence of family and its values, promotion of martyrdom culture and drawing inspiration from martyrs at the same time.
He pointed to 220 thousand martyrs of the Sacred Defense including 36 thousand teacher martyrs and five thousand student martyrs and suggested that the dignity the country is experiencing comes from their struggles.
At the end of the ceremony, some student martyrs' families received certificates of appreciation on behalf of other families.
