The promotion of research-driven culture in schools

Hujjat-al-Islam Zu Elm, the Deputy Minister and Head of the Organization for Research and Planning at the Ministry of Education at the one-day summit of the heads of education in the cities and regions of Kerman province said that educating questioning students and ethical thinker is the most important mission of education in the direction of identity and the culture of schools In the country and the culture of schools will move towards a research-centric culture which is one of the main missions of the Document on the Fundamental Transformation of Education.

He said: "With the participatory approach of synergy, we must take the second step with more power in the implementation of a Fundamental Document. The school is an ideal platform for the development of life, and education is a continuous, interactive, participatory process for shaping  individuals' identities."

He added: "The deepest epic that is formed in humans and that they share in it is the human identity which is based on a deep thought and the reality of human existence to science, reason, and knowledge.If the identity in the society is rooted and deep, it will give direction and goal to all dimensions of life."

Ali Zu Elm mentioned that thought, identity, faith, behavior and practice of man, science and ethics are the main components of identity, and those who have these components have a meaningful identity. These five main identity elements are the five main goals of the textbooks. Iran was the land of civilization with traditional symbols of justice, and we are proud of being Iranian.

The deputy minister of education said: "If the students are trained as researchers, the dynamic and vibrant academic environment prevails in the schools, and the teacher as a researcher is also very influential in the realization and creation of this scientific platform."
