Admitting that nowadays most people including teachers and students have access to networks of one kind or another, he urged that cyberspace has to be accepted but meanwhile it should be organized meaning that the culture of intelligently facing virtual networks must be created inside the real social networks.
He also suggested that a planned and controlled virtual space accelerates activities, decreases costs and increases participation. He gave an example and said now newly compiled textbooks are accredited via websites and networks so that many teachers have the chance to participate in the process.
