Realization of the advancement Islamic Model of Iran requires attention to education

Hujat-al-Islam Zualam said in an interview with the Mehr News Agency correspondence: "The Iranian Islamic Model of Progress, which is now subject to the critique of our elite community, and the Supreme Leader has made a call for thought by elites is our fundamental argument in our society for the next century. The general plan for the development of our country over the next 50 years will determine this pattern and, as the Supreme Leader has proposed, it is intended to conduct these discussions and reviews during the two-year period of 2020 and 2021."

He added: "This is the most important issue of our society today, specially at a time with a forty-year experience of the victory of the revolution so far, and a bitter experience 200 years before the revolution,

"As long as our education system does not essentially reflect the idea of ​​progress in Islam and the revolution and our students are not familiar with the major differences that our advancement have with the defective progress of the West, there is no progress in education and until the Islamic indigenous knowledge of Iran is not formed to solve our problems, the Islamic model of progress can not be realized. Therefore, I believe that one of the most fundamental necessities for a real and profound transformation in the education and training system, and of course, is this necessity in the evolution of the universities and the seminary, and in the evolution of our governmental structures. The need for progress is to be followed by the evolution of education with this look."

Ali Zualam then said: "Unfortunately, we should say that this development has not been addressed in the development of education, and this review should be considered as a serious approach in reviewing this document, and any roadmap and model developments in education regardless of the principles and strategies that have been designed in the country's development plan, will not be fruitful regardless of the horizons developed in the country's development plan. This is a point that seems to be a serious consideration in our body of education and in the High Council for Education and in the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution.

As stated in the message of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, which was raised after an elite opinion about the pattern of progress, one of the important meetings of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution was the study of the Islamic model of progress from the cultural perspective and the effort to complete it."

Ali Zaulam said about the executive requirements of this important point: "A close cooperation should be established between the Center for the Islamic Model of Iran and the High Council for Education and the Education Corps. Unfortunately, we still do not have an idea about training in the center of the Islamic model of Iran. There have been some suggestions for one or two years, and there have been some measures, but this idea has not yet been established. One point is that we should definitely use the experiences of other countries in the field of education growth, which our constitution and the Imam and the leadership have emphasized that, but we must use them in the context of our purposes and foundations."

Ali Zaulam also said that, it is often said that, what are the effects of these documents, and I believe that we need to have an upstream and upstream document, and what's important is that after the development and validation of these documents, the responsible authorities must enter the area and make these documents available. Of course, these efforts are somewhat ongoing, but not enough. Therefore, it is imperative to update and complete these documents, but this should not be overstated, but should be sought and pursued in the planning, policies and approaches that governments and managers are taking.
