According to the Ministry of Education Information and Public Relations, in order to reduce the gap between the existing realities in society and education, and to coordinate the educational system with new demands and cultural and generational changes, a preparatory meeting was held. In this meeting, some of the professors of the educational sciences from Tehran University, Al-Zahra, Allameh Tabatabai, Beheshti, and Kharazmi universities were present and expressed their views on the operational cooperation framework of the Ministry of Education and commented on several national issues.
At the said meeting, the minister of education said that gap between education and the needs of the students, teachers and families is wide and we are recommending and considering the possibility of greater involvement of academics and students and families.
Referring to a meeting with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he added that we concluded that in order to exit education from indifference and incompatibility with cultural and social requirements, and new technological trends we must invite and use the views of the experts of the arena of education.
