According to OERP Public and International Relations citing ISNA, Dr. Mohyeddin Bahram Mohammadian, speaking at a round-table on the second day of 32nd Forum of Heads of Education Departments said that any reform requires recognizing necessities and creating new facilities and added legitimacy, efficiency and effectiveness must be guaranteed in any reform development.
He also announced distribution of the new software High in the Sky together with textbooks and asked educational managers to make it and other applications available to teachers and school principals to support classroom activities. He insisted that textbooks cannot be the only educational media so OERP produces magazines, electronic content, etc. besides.
