Reorganizing the structure of the Ministry of Education (MOE) needed: Zouelm says

Ali Zouelm the head of Organization for Educational Research and Planning (OERP) said: There are some propositions in the reformative documents which command us to change the structure, methods and approaches of education system. Zouelm made these remarks in a meeting which was held on the "reasons and the process of reorganizing the structure of MOE "at the OERP.

The deputy minister of Education and the head of OERP added: there are too many reasons to move toward change including:  the existing gap between theory and practice, the paralleling of learning and training spheres, paying attention to production and real contribution to the existent structure, and ignoring some dimensions of training and learning such as thinking, life style, family and culture.

He also noted: OERP and some administrative bodies which are in charge of monitoring and empowering of schools and reducing the governance of hidden curriculum, should be regarded as navigators of the education and pedagogy system.

Elsewhere Zouelm said: The structure of MOE is weak because it doesn't enjoy adequate dynamics to move forward properly. Therefore, when it comes to fundamental reforms in the education system, we need to reorganize its structure.
